Wiwis in America 3

January 15, 2015

Goorin Bros. the Hat Shop

Do you have an overall beauty philosophy?
A woman is at her most beautiful when she's kind, lively and imaginative, goes through life consciously and stays authentic, however she looks. Being true to oneself, with a willingness to question things, take risks (emotional as well as physical), learn, change and grow is my motto. Smiling and having fun along the way is key: the happier you feel, the more beautiful you look!

Welcome to my world; if you like to make things, if you like Mondays, if color makes you dance, if you don't know how to say no because you just want to do it all, or if you randomly blurt song lyrics that relate to what someone said…

Welcome to my world; if you like to make things, if you like Mondays, if color makes you dance, if you don't know how to say no because you just want to do it all, or if you randomly blurt song lyrics that relate to what someone said, then this is your place!

Make yourself something warm to drink and enjoy.

This guy on the other hand has lived under a rock for 29 years and has recently discovered ABBA for the first time 😳 like it’s making me think that he has ignored most of what I played for the past 4 years??. Like who doesn’t know ABBA?

Learning how to sew is the best thing I have ever done for myself. These @babaaknitwear linen pants had a few minor pulls in the seam, because they’ve been loved, so I reinforced it to make it stronger, and problem solved! For many more wears!
Pizza night! This past weekend I felt like I’m starting to understand how pizza dough works and how to work with it. When to let it sit and when to get it in action. The amount of flour. The lessons I am learning in the kitchen. Patience, perse
Sea Fair this weekend! ✈️ Footage from last year, seeing it from the water is hard to beat! This is still so amazing to me, it doesn’t get old!
These will forever be my favorite shoes. @r_james_a got them for me a few years ago on his trip to Colombia. Just the picture in my mind of him picking out a pair of shoes that he thought I would love 😍 and the excitement in his face when he arrived
